S:FLEX presents innovative mounting systems at Solar Solutions in Düsseldorf
S:FLEX is pleased to be represented at this year’s Solar Solutions Düsseldorf. From the November 27 – 28, 2024 visitors will have the opportunity to discover the company’s latest products in Hall 13, Stand P14.1. The focus will be on systems for mounting solar installations on green roofs as well as solutions for pitched roofs, façades and more.
Highlights include the S:FLEX GreenLight system, a penetration-free solution for green roofs. With an integrated water storage volume of 39.5 liters and flexible installation options, it offers optimum conditions for sustainable roof use. Thanks to the high module spacing, the efficiency of the system is maximized and easy maintenance of the green roof is guaranteed. The system is available in three tilt angles (10°, 15° and 20°), which enables flexible alignment of the solar modules.
Another highlight is the S:FLEX insertion system, which combines functionality and aesthetics. This system is suitable for both pitched roofs and façade applications. Particularly noteworthy are the innovative module clamps, which compensate for thermal expansion without damaging the modules, and the simple earthing using integrated earthing plates.
The S:FLEX INmount in-roof system, an aesthetically pleasing solution for pitched roofs, will also be presented. It integrates solar modules harmoniously into the roof covering and replaces the conventional roof covering in the areas where the modules are mounted. The system combines the advantages of optimum rear ventilation through corrugated sheet metal and short rails with a stable and weather-resistant aluminum design. It meets the criteria for hard roofing, protects against flying sparks and is quick and easy to install thanks to the click technology. Thanks to its robust design, the INmount system is also suitable for snowy regions and offers a flexible solution for different roof shapes and module types.
The S:FLEX Flat Direct system, which was specially developed for roofs with foil or bitumen roofing, will also be presented. This aerodynamic solution is ideal for commercial buildings with low load-bearing reserves and offers low-ballast and penetration-free fastening. It is suitable for a variety of roof shapes – including pitched, monopitch and butterfly roofs with pitches of up to 30°.
